FREE – We offer free standard domestic shipping on all items purchased from our website on orders over $100 (before taxes). Items purchased on our eBay store are excluded from this promotion. How do I check my order status and track my package?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipment notification with tracking information – or through my account link on our website.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted on most of Lorena's WORTH merchandise that is in original condition (including all packaging and tags) within 10 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product detail page. Footwear returns must include the original shoebox – if included - without postal labels. Footwear returns where the shoebox is used as the shipping carton will be returned to the customer.
Returns of handbags, dresses and other select designer goods must have the Lorena's WORTH security tag attached. If these items are returned without the Lorena's WORTH security tag, they will be returned to you.
Return shipping charges are not refundable.

What makes an item "Final Sale"?
Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to get you the amazing deals we offer, we may need to mark an item as "Final Sale". Products not eligible for return will be indicated as "Final Sale" on the product page. Please make sure to note if your item is eligible for return prior to purchasing it.
Is there a charge for return shipping?
Enjoy FREE RETURN SHIPPING when you use our pre-paid domestic return label and choose to have your return total refunded in the form of Lorena's WORTH store credit.
If you choose to receive a refund to the original payment method and also use our pre-paid domestic return label, we will deduct $9.99 from your return total. If you do not use our pre-paid return label, no return fee will be deducted.

How long does it take to receive a refund from my returned order?
Returns will be processed within 10 business days from the date we receive your package at our location.
After your return is processed, kindly allow three to five business days for a credit card refund to post to your billing statement. Lorena's WORTH store credit refunds will be immediately available after your return is processed. If you returned a gift for Lorena's WORTH store credit, please allow three to five business days for the store credit to appear in your account.
Why has $9.99 been deducted from my refund credit?
If you used our Return label and requested a refund back to your credit card, a return shipping fee in the amount of $9.99 was deducted from your return total. In the future, you can enjoy free return shipping when you use our pre-paid return label and choose to have your return total refunded in the form of Lorena's WORTH store credit.
Do you allow exchanges?
Lorena's WORTH inventory is extremely limited, therefore we are unable to process exchanges at this time. If you are dissatisfied with a returnable item, please return the item using our easy, online return form. Then place a new order online for an alternative product.
